Hello Barbara and thank you for your message. The reason for the slight delay in refund was due to the fact that you'd sent back all three items under one return. As a direct result, we could not process the refund as normal. We had to issue one refund relevant to your one return and the refund balance was issued directly through PayPal. I understand you had problems locating the PayPal refund, as this was refunded under your husbands PayPal account. Thank you for your order.
