Impossible de communiquer de façon personnalisée avec Fedex. Heureusement qu'un voisin a pu récupérer le colis mais c'était compliqué. Il faudrait que vous vous coordonniez mieux avec les fournisseurs et transporteurs pour que le créneau de dates de livraison annoncé soir respecté. Merci
