    The ballon’s do not stay up once helium is put in as they are too small and not big enough to float. Waste off money also cost mr £9 to have helium put in and have now had to tie them with string to hold them up so we can see what the word is. Total waste off money. Very disappointed and to late to get more now

    Hi, thanks for your order and sorry that you are disappointed but the description of these balloons very clearly states "NOT for use with HELIUM, air filled only."
