Buyer had an item shipped within the US. It was sent in perfect condition and the photos show that. Then an overseas shipper repackaged it and sent it to him in China where he claims it arrived broken and repaired. I have no control over what the overseas shipper did with it. I specifically write in my policies that I will not ship China outside of the US. His grievance should be with his shipper not me.
