I was disappointed when receiving this BOSSONS Dog Plaque as it was not the one in the photo advertising it. The letters BO of the brand name was missing off the stamp on the back of the plaque. I contacted the seller who looked at other poodle plaques they had but none of them were any better. I asked for a discount and was offered a measly £6.49. Annoyingly, I had to accept as by now this had taken a month to sort and I had a deadline.
