    I'm sorry you're disappointed & that you didn't contact me in advance to verify the color needed or afterward to try & resolve the issue amicably. Unfortunately color shades don't always translate well in photography & unlike dept stores, I can't afford to offer returns due to high shipping costs; which is why the Return Policy was clearly stated in the listing. As you may or may not be aware, negative seller ratings are very damaging & in this case, I feel it's most unwarranted & unfair.
