Thanks! Your offer sealed the deal! I think I need to fab another support bracket that was attached to the back so bulbs under test (standing straight up and down) won’t topple possibly damaging the socket on the tester. The piece rattling inside is the screw for that which is SUPPOSED to be staked in. I opened it and will fix that plus the broken neon indicator bulb, and replace a paper/wax capacitor prone to fail. In great shape overall! 😋
