The item was describes as new. Upon opening the package I noticed it was not the case. The documentation had been used before as it had creases and upon setting up the item it clearly had been used before as the previous Wi-Fi network ( MovieStar was still present and i had to do a full reset to factory setting to re-configure. Maybe my mistake that I didn’t realize the item was EU plug with no adapter included. It’ clear to me during the setup that this item had been used in an EU area already.
