Hate to do this, but I was not able to resolve the issue with seller. Purchased a water bottle listed as new. Received with actual liquid inside the bottle. The biggest problem was the bottles box was ruined in shipping. This was going to be a gift In original box. Item was shipped with paper wrapping only instead of being boxed. Shipping was fast however which was appreciated. Ask for partial refund but was denied.
