Unfortunately, there are buyers who are not trustworthy, and this case is one of them. There was a delay in delivery, we notified the buyer, he said he would wait for the part then. We solved the problem with shipping and buyer let a few days pass and opened "item not received request" to try to keep the part and the money. So we issued a refund and closed the matter.
