Item was as described, but shipping time was completely off. It was supposed to arrive quickly according to the shipping estimate (the latest date being Monday), so we ordered with the confidence that we would have it in time before our event. It arrived Thursday, after we left for our event. We ended up having to spend additional money to have professional printing done because of the long shipping delay that happened. The packaging was fine, though, and seemed to help it make the transit okay.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. I checked the tracking details for your order, and we did ship out and provide the package to UPS within the guidelines found on our eBay ad. UPS took longer than anticipated to deliver your order; unfortunately once UPS has the package, there's nothing we can do. It's a shame to receive this type of feedback, as we cannot control what couriers do and they do not represent our company.
