Upon arrival of the item, inspected. The said item is fairly clean and pins are align. The next day, programmed it to the car and was successfully change the vin and the immo needed for the car to run. Rest ecu/tcu and the throttle/idle air control, then relearn the CPL for the vehicle. I have not test drive the vehicle but everything looks good 👍.
