Étui bien endommagé : tous les coins sont pliés et irrécupérables et une tranche est déchirée. Et ça n'est pas du au transport.
En plus les retours sont refusés alors que là ça aurait mérité.

Bonjour acheteur avec 0 évaluation. L'objet était conforme à la photo, les coins n'étaient aucunement pliés lors de l'envoi, et ce dernier c'est fait avec un carton renforcé empêchant ce genre de dommages. Il aurait été opportun de m'envoyer un message, avec photo des dégâts avant toute autre action. Bien cordialement,
