The seller represented a piece of art falsely, whether intensional or unintentionally. After having the piece looked at for a second and eventually a third opinion, I questioned the seller who offered to send a certificate of authenticity. Obviously, he never sent the certificate of authenticity being the piece is a cheap reproduction. I still have not received a certificate of authenticity nor has he provided pictures of one. Now the seller is placing threatening phone calls and messages.

beware. buoght item, picasso sketch, then opened case claiming it appeared to be from the 20th century. lmao. last time i checked almost every piece picasso created was from the 20th century being he lived from 1881-1973. requested a return which i agreed too then opened a payment dispute with his credit card company. so he gets his money back, does not return the item and i get robbed. total setup. i’m out $1000+. thanks ebay.
