The sizing of the shoes that I was sent were completely different to the size I was expecting. they had been mislabelled but the shop was not prepared to accept this. Be very careful as the shoes I received were much smaller than they should have been.. despite being labelled as 7 1/2, they fit my friend who is a size 6. I do not feel I should be paying return postage for something that was not described accurately. The item was not sent for a week after order, postage times were extremely slow

The buyer has already been issued a refund they have been told no need to refund. The shoes are a uk brand and marked as a 7.5 we have no reason to believe them to be anything different. The buyer was aware of the posting delay as our account was on holiday setting when shoes were ordered. The actual delivery time was 4 days once they we reopened and they were sent so pretty standard and within our estimated delivery times
