Problem seller: Deceptive listing (showing lot of 5 but selling only one - great price incl shipping for five, but more than twice going rate for only one), initially agreed to settlement but reneged when eBay advised me not to cancel dispute until after resolution.
Now not cooperating and eBay customer service not very helpful.
Looks like full refund instead of partial since seller backed out of settlement.

This buyer doesn't know how to read! The listing clearly states ONE keyboard and ONE mouse. Not to mention because of the way he filed a payment dispute I can't send a refund until that is cleared up. He gave me a negative because I wouldn't give in and send him four free keyboards that he convinced himself he bought when he did not. 1=1 its's not 1=5. In addition, I can't do anything about how much it costs to ship stuff across the US, California from VA is always the highest of all!
