Unfortunately, the item was not as I ordered. Not the seller's fault, but Norelco has a poor system for designating its products. So correct product number, wrong product and picture. This is NOT the U.S. model 1000. However, the seller immediately remedied the problem, took the item back, and refunded my payment.
