Although the puzzle was in good order, one piece was missing it would have been appreciated if this was part of the heading description, not left in the end description.

The description was very honest and clearly stated that there were missing parts. There was a photograph of the finished jigsaw and the description pointed out exactly where the missing pieces were. The buyer claimed there was no description and there was no photo. I sent the buyer screenshots of everything in the listing that proved my honesty. Just to add I bought the jigsaw with the pieces missing and so made sure I clearly highlighted this information. I feel the feedback was unfair.
