The bulbs blew the control panel, and will not work in the lamp, which I have owned for 6 years now! Having telephoned three times, goes straight to voicemail,? Let messages to no avail! So you have been warned!

Thousands sold without any issues. All items are sent out in perfect condition as can be seen by the overwhelmingly positive feedback for both products and service. However sometimes knocks and jolts suffered in the post can cause the filament to weaken but in all cases we will replace or refund your purchase including reimbursement of standard postage costs if you follow instructions and return damaged items. BTW we are open 9am-8pm but no call received or email.
