After buying the item, I did not have time to make the payment, as it was an auction and no one offered more than me for $3.50, I canceled and republished it, and likewise I saw that it came up for sale and I republished it again until it was sold. for $15.00 is not a serious seller and disrespects the auction rules of ebay

you have won and canceled items before. you won this auction and then after several days started asking for additional pictures, etc. before sending payment. so, on the advice of ebay customer service, I canceled the auction. you could have had it from the beginning for $3.50 if you just would have paid for it. your feedback will be removed anyway. go scam somebody else.
