An email stated it would arrive earlier than expected. It said it would arrive on 11/07. It did not arrive until 11/08 but that was 6 days prior to the earliest mentioned arrival date. So, I am and was satisfied. I am currently ill and have not opened the package. But I am assuming it is new since the seller has been on the money with everything else that he has stated.
