I'm afraid your gripe is with the postal service. The item was- as ever- well packed and sent within 2 working days. I also refunded you as soon as you told me the item hadn't arrived.
I'm sorry, but unless you pay extra for tracking, there's not a lot else I can do.
I didn't want the item to go missing any more than you did, and I'm far more out of pocket because of it. I think you've been quite unreasonable, considering you had a full, quibble-free refund.
