The item arrived damaged and the seller acted like it was my fault. He was outright disrespectful and extremely rude. I do not recommend him as I kept the item and he should have made good on the shipping . When I offered that resolution because I had to pay someone to fix it he disappeared and ghosted the conversation.

We were contacted that the item arrived damaged. We assessed the situation as it had been damaged during shipping. We had not sent a damaged item. We offered a full refund with free return shipping. (Check our other reviews). This buyer did suggest we pay to repair the item in the first contact. Because it was not our fault we offered the full refund. Making good on the shipping was never offered. They good a 50% off deal too. There were no further communications.
