The DVD was sealed so we had not tested it presuming it would play fine. YOU WERE FULLY REFUNDED WITHOUT EVEN HAVING TO SEND THE SET BACK. When something is sealed - NEW - how would anyone know that you would have an issue with playing the DVD. This is a very unfair rating and I am requesting that it be removed from my feedback.
