I am so sorry it took me 25 hours to respond! an 1 person & had other duties. Of course I'll make some kind of refund. You really should have taken a photo so I can see .... I've been selling these for 4-5 years & never had any broken in the mail. Perhaps Ground Advantage gets rougher treatment.... I'm be prepaired! A photo to show YOUR post office should help you get a refund.... they should know if things are getting damaged.
