Tap was clearly more used than stated (stated ‘new other’ and used for 1 day). Had varnish on it (which won’t come off) limescale & generally grubby. Seller offered refund but we had to install as plumber had been booked for 6 weeks. The tap is functional, just not as described & I feel I paid over the odds for a soiled tap. I tried to be reasonable & requested a partial refund to reflect the condition of the tap, which I had no choice but to allow the plumber to install. Seller refused.

This Buyer is a Scammer. They made a low offer on item, received it by scanned tracking delivery. They got a plumber to install it next day. Several days later they contacted to demand a refund. I offered to collect item and issue refund if it was unused but they wanted to KEEP the tap and have a refund. It's a scam and extortion.
