This only happens with a few prints to maintain the correct aspect ratio; this is way I have this stated in the description. with that said i would have been happy to refund item.

This Buyer had sent a message saying he "loved the poster" and asked to leave feedback, then followed up the message telling me very rudely I had to leave feedback or he would return the item. I explained to him I wasn't in the office and get very busy fulfilling orders. what he is doing is called feedback extortion and if you look at the other reviews, he left you will see he has done the same thing to other sellers. Buyers like this make selling on eBay difficult he even got a discounted price
