Very poorly packed: server only wrapped in one direction, around sides, no foam blocks in a thin box. Both items had damage. One's faceplate and corner were smashed in shipping as a result. Seller offered partial refund on shipping. Upon testing one of raid controllers had a bad battery, suggested an increase to the partial refund to cover cost of a replacement. Seller agreed. Worked out in the end. There seems to be a history with poorly packed equiptment looking at feedback.
