Item described as "US Scott #498-#518..." Scott #513 was not in the package I received. I communicated with the seller and was told that #513 was not pictured in the photo despite the description to the contrary and was not therefor included. I requested the refund of the value of the omitted stamp or that a suitable replacement stamp be sent to me. Mind you this missing stamp in mint condition is sold by Mystic Stamp Co for $20.00, and elsewhere for less. Seller refused to do anything. BADFAITH
