A tatty, well used, taped several times over box arrived, and my fears were confirmed when I saw that one of the units to which you attack the casters, was broken. From the look of the castors, one had been used, - and the state of the box showed it was already a faulty return that had been posted out again, hoping I didn't notice at the time.. The damage was NOT done it transit as the box was undamaged in that area and it would have taken a HARD blow to cause it. Box now marked Faulty return.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. The suitcase completely broke upon first use after check in and was completely defective. I had to purchase a replacement suitcase whilst abroad which cost me a fortune and the seller is refusing to refund me despite purchasing the case less than 2 months ago and providing them with photo evidence. They want me to return the case before they can even replace it and will not refund under any circumstances. The case cannot be returned from Majorca!!!
