The male figurine had something loose making a little noise and I was pretty fearful 'cause doing a refund always takes time I don't have, but this was only the figurines headpiece become dislodged not damaged at all...hot glue was evidently not enough to keep the headpiece in place. NO HARM DONE, just fyi that sometimes you need more than hot glue. LET ME JUST SAY TO END THIS that THE ENTIRE PIECE WAS PROFESSIONALLY PACKED AND DELIVERED ON TIME AND TOTALLY UNSCATHED! YAY!
