I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume they're an honest human being who sells on eBay for a living, but he just really needs to learn how to talk to customers. The listed condition of the product was new with no photos and no real description. Turns out it was sitting in storage for a few years, and then he opened it and tested it without any knowledge on my end. Communication once I received it and noticed hair and white specs was extremely rude and unprofessional.
