My item broke in transit and although that is not the ideal situation, the seller did reach out to me and apologize for the misfortune. I do understand that mistakes happen. Unfortunately, this was one of them.

Unfortunately I have no control on how bad usps handles my packages after leaving here when Ipack them well. I did refund her right away and felt bad the USPS was not more careful even through I have fragile marked all over the box!
