Not a great experience. I legitimately ordered the wrong item, Heli Leader, not a HeliSafe leader....easy mistake. Once received, I promptly sent it back for a refund. Response from this seller? Raise a support case and not pay the refund! This has been subsequently quashed by eBay. I will not be buying anything else from them!

As explained the wrong item was ordered by yourself which is fine mistakes happen but sadly you open the returns case claiming we had sent the wrong product meaning we would have to pay returns for a mistake that wasnt our fault. Appoligies for the refund mistake as all 3 where returned together we closed the inital returns case with a refund not realising this case was for only 1 item not all 3, which is why the 2nd case was escalated as we thought you had been full refunded, sorry for this.
