The doll was as described. Could not understand the Shipping Charges for an item that weighed nothing. Further, I could not understand the reason it took so long for the item to be shipped.

Hi I'm sorry it took 2 weeks to get to you. UPS must have had a delay and there was a Canadian long weekend as well unfortunately that puts UPS behind 2 days. As far as the shipping rates, We have very expensive shipping here in Canada I wish it wasn't but we do take that in account when pricing our items. Sorry you weren't 100% happy with your purchase...
