Shows a new motor sent an old motor. Did not work

So this customer complained even before he received the motor. The motor was tested under power with a brake load and worked fine. I never heard anything from the customer (except complaints prior to receiving the motor). Apparently they are either dishonest and not very nice or they damaged the motor. I still have not heard anything from them??????? I had a bad feeling about this customer from comments they had made and should have canceled the sale before shipping it...
