Buyer sent a screenshot of a GPS delivery location claiming it was delivered incorrectly. This differed from the GPS delivery location shown on the Royal Mail website on the tracking. After not responding to my messages, the buyer then demanded a refund and bought all my existing stock of the same listing which was cancelled as this matter was not resolved. A return case was then opened by the buyer.
