I wanted multi-region after having problems taking my MSF(UK) clock to central Europe. I looked and watche_53 was the only supplier I could find with a suitable unit in stock. I emailed him to ask a question about the transmitters and offsets and he (reasonably) told me to do some research, which I did. When the clock arrived there was no battery, possibly for postal or storage reasons. However, this was of no consequence as the battery is standard AAA, which every household in the land has.
