Wrong product sent not as described or in photo misrepresenting KM Elites products and charging full and sending lesser product. I tried to contact company yesterday they have ignored me. I needed these reins very inconvenient and now have to send back and wait for my money if I get it back. I will buy direct from KM elite and advise of this bad service from a company selling their products and mis selling

This product is a genuine KM elite product. We sell both with and without stoppers. Unfortunately the wrong item was picked and sent. As explained in my message to you once I was back in the office. I am happy to refund the cost on return of the item and as I explained I have the correct item awaiting dispatch should you wish to purchase. I stress again we DO NOT sell non-genuine products on this site.
