BUYER CLAIMS THAT CASE IS NOT MAGNETIC. PER THE MANUFACTURER WEBSITE, CASE IS "SLIGHTLY MAGNETIC - SEPARATELY PURCHASED INSERT IS RECOMMENDED". WEBSITE FURTHER STATES THAT NOT ALL PAN INSERTS WILL CONTAIN ENOUGH INDUCTIVE PROPERTIES TO ADHERE TO THE CASE, SELLER REACHED OUT TO BUYER ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS TO ZERO RESPONSE. SELLER IS BEING BLAMED FOR AN ITEM FITTING ITS MANUFACTURER DESCRIPTION. EBAY NEEDS TO TAKE THESE THINGS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN ALLOWING BUYERS TO LEAVE NEG FB, UNNECESSARY.
