I have bought multiple items from Adorama in the past. Many from their store in NYC. The item description for this listing was missing a crucial detail - the jammed battery compartment door. There was dirt or salt stuck inside, making it impossible to open the door. I had to mechanically remove the dirt and oil the hinge. Now, the battery door opens as it should. I am still very satisfied with my purchase. The GoPro is otherwise in excellent working condition. You can always trust Adorama.
