This seller sold a USED product inside a "new" box. When I reported as such Loothive told me that this couldn't happen, even though it did. I would never purchase from this seller again. Also I have reported such fraudulent practice to Ebay. This is another reason to stop using Ebay vendors like this do not have to stand bu what they sell. Horrible customer service.
