Tracking showed item was out for delivery but never got a delivered scan so I just figured postal carrier neglected to scan once delivered which actually does happen from time to time. When buyer contacted me I requested them to contact the local post office an ask why item was out for delivery but not delivered as there was nothing I could do from this end. Never heard back from buyer until they opened a Item not received case. Lack of communication on buyers behalf but I'm the bad guy.
