We were a delighted with machine, speed of delivery etc. However, there was a dent in the side of the machine that wasn't listed in the description. I would suggest they check their items more thoroughly.

You have purchased the coffee machine over 2 weeks ago and never contacted us to report any issues/damages to the machine itself. We state in our listings if there are any scratches/dents with the items we sell. Not sure why this has been said in the review rather then contacting us as this would have been dealt with straight away. There was no dents or damages on the coffee machine prior so we can assume this has happened during delivery unfortunately as we use a lot of protective packaging.
