DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER!!! Seller straight up lied about the condition of this printer. Stated that the printer was fully functional before shipping. He tried to blame shipment broke it. The parcel was undamaged! The printer was obvious mistreated and dropped. All outer panels were missing screws and broken mounts that hold the panels to frame. The X axis bracket was snapped in two! Even the extruder was broken! There was no way that it was being used up to the shipment to me!!!!

It's pretty clearly in one piece in the original listing, and was used for a print job the day before shipping it out to you. I offer 30 day returns on all of my listings, you may return the 3D printer. However, unless you can provide photos that show what you are describing, I will not refund you and allow you to keep the printer as you requested.
