Niente da dire sulla tempistica della consegna ed ho anche apprezzato l'inserimento nella confezione di un piccolo omaggio. L'articolo però mi ha deluso e non lo ho trovato corrispondente a quanto pubblicizzato. Non so se per un difetto del materiale di cui sono composti i "morbidi Bebè" o perchè conservati in luogo e in modo non idoneo ma all'apertura delle bustine i Bebè risultavano "schiacciati", appiattiti.

Ci dispiace per l'accaduto, essendo bustine chiuse spesso può succedere che siano danneggiate, ma non abbiamo la possibilità di controllarle! Siamo anche amareggiati per la recensione negativa, non ci era mai successo visto che essendo venditori seri ed affidabili di solito l'acquirente ci contatta per eventuali problemi, e noi abbiamo sempre provveduto alla sostituzione del prodotto fallato a ns. spese lasciando il cliente sempre soddisfatto.
