Really like this Item i brought for my daughters birthday and the brake wasn't working right over one of the back wheels and this company replaced it for her and apologied for the other one having a fault really good communication. 👍

Item arrived not in its original packaging. There was a faint scratch on the side of the flask. The seller had contacted me to encourage me to leave positive feedback. I raised the issue with the scratch with the seller stating that the cosmetic scratch mean that I was not expecting a replacement but that I wouldn't leave positive feedback. The seller has not come back with a response therefore I feel the need to highlight that the flask was not as new.

The seller came back to me and provided a partial refund on the price I paid for the Hydro Flask, therefore I am now completely satisfied with the service and responses I've received from this seller.
