I got one with the water line not hooked up, defective base with bad marks in it, the cheapest pump that you can buy that won't pump the water up fast enough for it to flow from jug to jug, and one of the jugs is leaking bad from the inside causing it not to hold enough water for it to work. I went out and got items to repair it.
