Yes customer asked whereabouts and find out its stuck in usps transfer center. sent 2nd package without noticing customer without charging him any cost. I lost money because of the usps. I am not delivering your package USPS does. The issue is caused by USPS not me. I replied fast to his email and gave proper tracking info to him. Apparently Customer has not got a good understanding and intention.Not recommend him to other sellers. Hope not to serve him again.
