I bought this painted George Stephenson figure for my Hornby Rocket live steam 3.5" gauge train set. The figure is correctly scaled to the size of the engine and tender. The figure was supplied with a base unit to stand the figure on. The figure (and base) is now standing on the engine's footplate. I really like the way that the figure's head & neck can be turned to face in any direction. I am really pleased with the figure as it has brought the engine to life and it now looks complete. Perfect!
